Sleek, contemporary and decorated in stylish artwork, this sun-drenched townhouse is perfectly situated in the heart of Elwood.

Spread across two floors, guests can enjoy 2 spacious bedrooms (one bedroom with king- sized bed and the other with a king single and double bed), striking bathroom including bathtub, two dedicated spaces to work or study remotely plus a private balcony to catch some fresh sea air or sunrays.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Good location in Elwood

Well located and property matched description. However there is no parking, all street parking and very difficult to find a spot at night.When we arrived we found the aircon had been set at 16c by the previous occupant and it did not cool the lounge area. Bedrooms were OK. Upon inspection it appeared as if the main unit had not been serviced for a very long time, filters were clogged with leaves and debris. Also needs a regas. Contacted Property Manager who was suggesting that we were not operating it correctly. Took 3 emails before service person arrived, then it still did not work properly. The service man set it at 20c, however it did not cool enough, so it was back to 16c. Still unable to cool room.Upon reflection it appears as if the unit is simply too small to cool the large lounge/TV room as well as lack of service.Lounge suite was covered in a white fabric which is totally unsuitable for a rental as it was dirty and discoloured. Not a good look.Shower upstairs had only a very small shower head and was in the bath, so difficult to get in and out of.Other than that property met all expectations. For the price we considered it expensive when everything was not perfect.
