PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.

If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise.

This is a truly stunning apartment! As roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Dining setting and huge TV and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too!

The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views and is completely separate. It has a great walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. The other two bedrooms are large and comfortable, each with a built-in wardrobe.

Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

Within the building, there is a stunning indoor heated swimming pool and gym.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.2m.

Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds.

From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs, etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

Gymnasium access requires an induction to be paid for and completed before access can be granted.
