Really great property

Great location. Spencer St DFO is only a minute walk. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and the pool was lovely. Will definitely stay again. Check in was easy and communication with the owner was prompt and polite. and the pool was lovely.

First time in Melbourne and didn’t want to leave.

Stunning apartment located in the Melbourne CBD. Travelled from Perth to attend a football match at Marvel Stadium. The apartment block is located within walking distance to the stadium and anywhere else you wish to go to in the CBD. Found it a handy base to travel to other areas of Melbourne to visit other points of interest such as St Kilda, Carlton and Coburg.

Great Hospitality but disappointed overall

Nick was very friendly and helpful. I booked this property because it said it had two beds and sleeps 5. There was only one bed but for an extra fee I could have had the sofa bed . The sofa was very stained and didn't look very inviting. The description was very misleading. It was also quite loud.
