The room was fantastic and really appreciated that it had all the essential cooking things like oil and salt etc. there was also washing powder and shampoo and conditioner etc. The location was amazing and the host was very quick and helpful in communication. Thank you for a great stay

The great disappointment.

We were really excited to stay at this property with promises of access to an indoor pool, spa, sauna, and fantastic outdoor area. When we attempted to get to level 10, with all the recreation facilities, we were unable to access this area. We spoke with reception who advised the recreation area was NOT closed due to covid, but that as temporary guests we did not have access to these facilities as advertised. We contacted the owner who told us to use the keypass to get to level 40. We discovered this was in fact the recreational level for the upper level residents. We were not able to access this level and also felt very uncomfortable to 'sneak onto this floor. We consulted building staff who advised the building policy had been established for well over 6 months, that only guests who are staying more than 2 weeks were able to go through an induction process to then have access to the facilities. When we confronted the owner, he lied multiple times stating the facilities were closed due to covid and kept telling us to access level 40 which we were not able to do. He then stated he would refund us $200 which he has not done. The apartment was beautiful and the location is great but not being able to access what was advertised was extremely devastating for our 2 children and greatly dimished our stay. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Nice Unit

Great location. Room was clean. Beds very small and shower not much pressure. It was an issue having only 1 key when you have a family. A few minor issues, but still a nice appartment.
