Location ideal

Lovely heritage frontage and easy access via 86 & 96 trams. The Level 2 room was spacious and comfortable. Kudos for the great bed, side chair and shower, plus coffee machine. The sign up for Hilton WiFi is over the top.

Going the extra mile

We had a hard time finding a place for our next night and wanted to be by the beach on our coast drive. Georgie who works at the Hilton was so helpful and truly amazing. We found a place and perfect location. I am truly thankful for employees like Georgie they are hard to find.

Stay was acceptable but not quite the experience I expected from a Hilton and as a gold member. Both the property and rooms were fairly basic with limited facilities all around the building with only one main dining area. Room was quite barebones and didn’t come stocked with the usual five star hotel amenities and house keeping was patchy, there were missing amenities and refreshments that were not replaced or refilled and required asking, left behind trash from house keeping. Cleaning of the room was only average. Gym was very basic. Staff was friendly and professional however and location of the hotel was convenient.
