From its central location, cleanliness, staff friendliness and professionalism, room space and design, comfort of bed and pillows, great amenities and free buffet breakfast, we could not find a single fault with our 3 nights’ stay at Holiday Inn Express Lt Collins St. Will definitely stay here again when we next visit Melbourne. The staff is polite efficient and cleans the room replaces our towels like clockwork. They have laundry facility next door to a gym simple but functional. My only complain is the hotel slippers they dont provide this but with the relatively new and comfortable rooms facilities breakfast ease of transport this property and the discounted price( they are renovating ground floor but quiet) I would do it again and again

We are 3 friends, booked a 2 queen-bed room. It's nice, comfortable, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staffs. Good location, walk distance to Southbank, China town with many restaurants and cafes.

It was amazing, the room was big and comfortable, location was good as well, close to CBD and all places that you must visit when you came to Melbourne. My only concern is about the breakfast, it was good but i expected more food options like i saw in other reviews.
