good location, lots of restaurants around, breakfast outstanding, lots of choices and tasty. very good size room. love the laundry supply. beautiful comfortable lobby area. Only problem is housekeeping only do the minimum everyday, very dusty, even used tissue sitting under the sink for couple days, even didn't change the empty roll of toilet paper, really do the minimum. the blind Doesn't block any sunlight at all, therefore i need to use eye shoeld every night so that i won't wake up too early in the morning. overall it us a very good hotel, most if the problem us housekeeping

Recommend this hotel and we will come back next time! A room with two queen beds is spacious and comfortable for family. Room services come daily and thank you for changing the floor towels, cleaning the rubbish bins and even tidying up our beds. Buffet breakfast included, and I like the simple congee with chinese celery 芫茜白粥 that makes my stomach feel good in the morning especially eating many cuisines during our holiday trip. Location is convenient as the Train Station and Light Rail Stations are around the corner. Good for us to go anywhere in the city.

I understood that the check in time was at 2pm, however most hotels in the world do allow you to check in an hour earlier. In this hotel, staffs did not allow you to check in even you were there 15 minutes earlier.
