It was a long stay (8 nights) and overall I enjoyed my stay. The property was new and the staff were very attentive and very helpful. The rooms being new were nice but it’s a shame that during the planning, practicality wasn’t thought about more. For instance in the double room there was only one area for a bag and the room wasn’t wide enough to put the other on the floor. There was a table and 2 chairs in the room in a corner that was impractical for actual use. A fridge cupboard is also not a bedside table! Poor design decisions do affect your use especially during long stays. Given I stayed so long I would have expected a linen change over and a vacuum- but this didn’t happen at all- for longer stays this should be a given . The hotel is located in a fantastic position and the rooms are nice. I would stay again in the future because even with these issues I enjoyed my overall stay and it’s a nice hotel.

The hotel is right in the heart of the CBD, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful with local tips. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel fit a trip to Melbourne.

Bed was hard. Room small for twin. Shower water went hot and then warm back and forth throughout the shower. It was new and bathroom had plenty of room. Hooks that fold down handy.

We did not eat at the hotel but can commend the hotel for excellent shopping and cafes across the street. Tramnstop only 100m away. Very quiet. No view, only of building only 4 m away. Great staff.
