Loved it!

Very comfortable room. Nice breakfast of eggs, meat, potatoes, cereal, toast/bagel. Super convenient if you are using the airport but never heard plane noise while there. We will definitely stay again.

Room was clean. Rooftop bar had great service. Burger was raw but the server comped. Drinks from bar took longer than meal, again servers were apologetic and did great! We made the mistake of booking thru Expedia and paid $80 more per night booked in advance. Neither Expedia or Hyatt would correct, basically just eat the cost for preplanning. No offer for room upgrade or resort credit in lieu of refund. Front desk didn’t seem to mind that guests were not happy with service as there were others with complaints they couldn’t resolve. Parking is $8/night in an empty lot with no gate or security. They didn’t ask if we had a vehicle, it’s just charged to the room. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

I was told it is fairly new, it was clean, the check in was smooth, you can walk to the airport, quick access to Uber. Beautiful rooftop bar and grill, great to watch flights come and go. Will definitely stay again
