We are currently staying at ibis budget hotel right now. Service is excellent, staff are friendly,accomodating and helpful and the environment is safe. We are staying for more days and I recommend this place to friends who are looking for a stay in dandenong.

Milk was not provided in the room - one had to go to the foyer to get some in a cup. Room was not tidied during the day. No tissues in the room. No remote for the high wall mounted air conditioner. Other than that it was a fantastic place to stay at.
Location is convenient, local shops and some restaurants near by. Staff are good.
My room tv wasn’t working. Staff tried to turn on however he couldn’t. A kettle and tea coffee facility available at room. Toilet seat and one coffee cup was broken.

Cheap clean basic accommodation, good parking. Bed mattresses are getting a saggy and could do with replacement. Make sure you bring a 3 m phone charger cable as there are no power points next to beds.
Staff might as well not exist and the room just didn't smell great at all. I actually left the same night as I couldn't handle it and didn't feel like wasting my time with rude/ nonchalant staff.

Arrived and waited at the reception for about 10 minutes. Receptionist arrived and served other guests while I was sitting and waiting. He gave me the swipe for the room. I went up to the room at the second floor, was trying to open the door but couldn’t open it. I came back and told him what was happening. We went up with him to the room he swiped to open but guests were in the room.
Paid for breakfast, got there at 0830, no fruit, pastries, cereal, pancake machine broken down, dirty tables, got handed 2 pieces of bread each& a black coffee. Will never prepay for breakfast there again. Breakfast advertised from 0700 to 0930!! Waste of $26.00 girl on desk couldn't be bothered when we asked for refund
A waste of time having an emergency number to ring. It went straight to mail box which was full, therefore you could not leave a message. You have failed in your WHS Duty of Care obligation which is a legal requirement.
Smells terrible in the hallways. Unclean. Room was tidy enough. Bed was terrible. Due for an upgrade. The gentleman at reception was there to take your money, give you your key. That was it. No customer service. Slouched in chair, bo eye contact. Nothing. Light in bathroom did not work. Had to leave door opened while showering. Wouldn't stay here again.
The room although small and very dated was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and warm. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't like the look of the air conditioner so we didn't use it. The gardens were a bit unkempt however it was exceptional value for the money we were charged.
