The room was convenient. It was clean and had all that was needed. It was very budget. hardley any room around the end of the bed. Fine for one person. No separate bathroom but usable. Getting to the room was in need of an upgrade. I would put it in the area of a good backpackers residence.

Great location, tram stop directly in front of hotel. Interior is a bit tired and dated, but kept clean and tidy. If you are after no frills basic accommodation, this is the place for you.
