Pretty average hotel, room was okay. Clean but needs some renovations. Area around the hotel is great! It’s right next to the tram station in the free tram zone! Staff was great and helpful and 24 hours which was great as we didn’t get in until after 12am. Overall pretty good just needs some refurbishments!

1. Need a shelf or hanging basket in shower for own soap, shampoo, etc. (Not everyone uses the all-purpose wash provided.) There is nothing at present - which is good for cleaners, not for guests. 2. The bed legs need to be sitting on a plastic dish or have chocks provided to stop them sliding away from the wall when you lean up against it while sitting in bed, or lean against the bed while standing. Very mobile beds are good for cleaners, not for guests.

Great value and in close proximity to the main entertainment areas in Melbourne. One of the two lifts was out of service for 5 days, but it didn't seem to cause much of a problem.
