Shuttle service is a joke. Called hotel they said 20 minutes. Called after waiting 30 minutes and was told another 20 minutes. We gave up and walked there in 20 minutes. Check in by machine as ok but not personable. Room was very clean and well designed. Italian restaurant is good but overpriced.

The room was fantastic. However, I had to wait a long time to get served at check in. There seemed to be not enough available staff to assist. Also, at checkout the next day, there were no staff available at all. I asked a passing staff member about checking out, and she accepted my room key. I was expecting staff to be available to assist with checkout and answer further questions about transport, but there was no one to ask.

The breakfast offerered a wide variety of options in a very pleasant dining atmoshphere. I was very pleased. The convenience to all of the airport terminals was awesome. My flight departed from the international terminal which was the furthest away, but still only about a 10 minute walk. The hotel also offers a free shuttle if you so desire.

Stayed for one night due to early flight. Noisy room near lift. Otherwise room perfect for what we wanted. Limited dining options at the weekend. No mention of only 2 fixedprice 3 course menus (mainly the same and carb heavy) on the website. Disappointing as we were stuck at the airport by then. Staff were all great, polite and friendly and the hotel is clean and convenient for what we wanted.

Pickup from airport to hotel was 30+ mins wait instead of the 20 mins as shared over the phone with hotel staff. Food at the Italian Restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. Overall it was a good stay despite the fact we had to leave at 4am for an early flight.

Close to the airport 5 min walk . Facilities are adequate although paying to use the pool is a bit rude. But being asked to pay an extra $60 to check in early even though the room allocated to us was ready ! However the self check-in kiosk was working and that didnt want to charge me an extra $60 so go figure?. The room is lovley all you need for a stopover very new but they need to check the spelling in the mural on the wall before they signed off the room as being complete (see picture)
