Nice clean rooms with everything you need. Self service check in / check outs were great. Only thing I would say was a negative is they have a chat function available for assistance. I had a query about the wifi which didn’t get a response until after I had checked out a few days later. Would expect a quicker response for a fairly basic query.

Staff was nowhere to be found and would not respond to questions. No phones in the rooms??? Supposed to communicate with the staff through chat...but they ignored all communication even that the chat app confirmed my questions were read by somebody. Terrible customer service. Location is great for early departures...that is the only thing good about this hotel

The staff were lovely and helpful, had everything you needed maybe a few more pkts of coffee and sugar would be good. Shampoo and conditioner in one not a fan at all. Very convenient tho definitely would stay again

Self check in counter did not work, after washing time at the self check in, realising my access card did not work, had to return to the check in counter to check in. Counter staff were apologetic and sorted the issue quickly. Tried to order room service using the barcode and in house app. After eating time trying to submit my order with no luck, had to go down to the restaurant and order everything manually. A little inconvenient after traveling for 36hrs

Great airport hotel.

Great location. Easy to walk to the airport but there is a free shuttle if required. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were smaller but the bathroom was newly tiled and neat. Great hotel for access to the airport.
