Our apartment was in an awesome location. Opposite the Crown, close to cafes and transport. Also very convenient with a Woolworths metro store practically next door too. Peter was an excellent host. He’s very easy to communicate with and always available on his phone. Would not hesitate to to stay here again.

Nice hotel central to attractions

We enjoyed our short stay there facilities where nice and building is conveniently located. Rooms do have air conditioning but it’s wall mounted and not central heating or cooling and as the bed rooms are separate to main lounge (which is great) it also meant a uncomfortable night with it been so warm in Melbourne the night we stayed (could of used a fan)

I was a bit sceptical about not having a check in desk but we were greeted at the arranged time and shown to our apartment. Communication was great as was the apartment and it’s location

Very close to city,

Handy to public transport, great view, clean, supermarket close by, casino within walking distance.- that has reasonable price meals. Comfy bed, great washing machine etc.

Nice apartment close to Southbank Precinct

Great room in close location to southbank, good linen and crockery provision, good heating/cooling. slightly awkward check in procedure with meeting owner at specific time and parking not very convenient. A long walk with luggage from hotel, and needed coins to leave car out front while checking in- not many travellers have correct coins. But room was good and tidy, adequate towels etc. Pool was out of order (unknown to us) so did not get to enjoy that, but hotel concierge were friendly and helpful. Owner tried very hard to make it positive experience, but felt a little 'hectic' with paperwork, receiving keys etc at times- this process streamlined would make it a great stay over option.
