Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you use the BBQ please turn off the gas and clean the hot plate leaving it as you found it.
Please ensure heating / air con is turned off.
Please wash dirty dishes and leave kitchen in a tidy state. Feel free to leave drying in the rack if you're in a rush!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Strictly NO house party policy - quiet hours 10.00pm to 8.00am. We have neighbours close by and like to ensure they're comfort in their own homes.
Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest, including if it is left in an extremely messy/dirty condition requiring a deep clean.
PET RULES - Strictly no pets allowed on beds or furniture, must be toilet trained and well behaved. Please scoop all poop and place in outside bins.
