Communication with the owner was excellent—very smooth and easy to understand. The location is perfect and convenient for getting around. The room is spacious, clean, and well equipped, making it very comfortable even for a long stay. This place made my Melbourne trip absolutely amazing.

Such a convenient location to so many great things to do. Apartment was a good size fair a family. Apartment location felt very safe and secure. Car parking available next door which was convenient too. Hosts were very helpful.
We stayed for 4 weeks with our 3 year old and it was perfect! Very close to public transport, parks, and walking distance to amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be right in the city center.
Great home base for exploration of Melbourne. Close to everything in the CBD, along with museums and gardens. Host was extremely friendly and communicative. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. A few minute's walk to just about anything you would want to do in Melbourne. The beds and couches were comfortable, the internet was good, kitchen had everything you would need. Catherine was super responsive. If you want a Melbourne experience, this place is perfect.
The booking process was very straight forward. The owner kept in touch with me through Stayz and also by text. The owner greeted us at the building door and took us to the apartment outlining the facilities. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent.
Ill start by saying the host Catherine is amazing. She was nothing but a pleasure to liaise with leading upto and during my stay in her amazing apartment located just minutes from Flinders station. When I return to Melbourne I will definitely like to return to that property.
This flat is perfectly situated opposite the nearby tram and rail stations, and is near to Melbourne’s arts precinct and the Art Gallery of Victoria. So, getting from here to all the top spots is convenient and easy. Chinatown, with its plethora of excellent restaurants, is only 5 minutes away on foot. The flat is spacious, quiet and comfortable, and overlooks some incredible street art. We hope to be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Cheers, from Canada.
Catherine is a great host. Very helpful and accommodating. She recommended some spot on restaurants and was very flexible on check in.
The apt is well equipped and in an ideal location for the Australian Open and pulse of the Yarra River.
We would stay here again, but preferably in a cooler month.
One thing to note if light is an issue for sleeping: there is a street lamp at window height that fully illuminates the living area.
We were in the back bedroom and our 27 yr old son was in the room off Hosier lane with a window shade so we were not bothered but it would be an issue for me if I was sleeping in the living room.
L’Appart est fantastique. Calme sur l’arrière de la cours. On peut juste regretter de ne pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres car on donne sur les climatiseurs et les pigeons. Mais sinon à côté de tout, devant le tramway idéal. Propre et moderne, espace très grand aussi.

A nice older apartment with plenty of character in a very interesting location very close to the heart of the CBD. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Catherine the host was a lifesaver for us after another booking was cancelled on us at very short notice.
