Great views
1 Bed 'City View' room booked on 14th floor.
*Simple check-in with pleasant staff.
*Room and bathroom very clean.
*Only negative - nowhere to hang bathroom foot-towel, despite sufficient room available on wall to install additional towel-rack.
**Amazing 360 degree views of Melbourne from the property's roof-top lounge on the 24th floor.
**Property also has a gym.
**Neighbourhood construction stated at 7am.

I enjoyed the close proximity to great restaurants but my first room had a broken AC. I got my rooms switched quickly which was great, but the fridge in the second room wasn't working. Took too long tom rectify and I had to throw out a lot of food.
Can’t complain about much of anything as the accomodation was neat, tidy & clean.
Wifi signal was a little on the poor end so we used our hotspot from our phone.
Only recommendation for this place, maybe think of putting in a small ac,ceiling fans or regular upright fans as bedrooms become hot & stuffy when it’s hot weather…

I booked for 3 people, expecting a sofa bed as the extra bed. There wasn't a sofa bed & the sofa wasn't large enough to be slept on.
We asked reception and was told that's it no extra sheets, towels or blankets.
The apartment was tired and the window wouldn't shut, there wasn't an iron but one was provided when we asked.
The surrounding area is not nice and it felt unsafe.
Communication was lacking, I had to email a number of times without a response. During check in I was unable to access the building, luckily someone was entering and let me in. Once we had checked in we were provided a fob for entering the building. Parking was good!
U get what U pay for....
Cheap stay! Decent apartment for what you pay. Room I stayed in had badly stained carpet and marks on the wall, couch was also stained which took away the nice feeling of the modern apartment. Had all ammenities.
Didn’t realise there was a bond to pay but that could easily be my fault. Bond was returned quickly. Was also difficult to communicate with staff prior to stay over email. Recommend just calling if you have questions.
Overall not a bad stay - minor things that can be changed to make it better :)
Loved our stay and the room was lovely except the pillows were not great and there was only one per person.

Still waiting on my bond and it’s been 12 days !! 😡also the huge amount of noise from the work being done next door had to sleep with earplugs every morning at 6 am the machinery would start up and it was so bad should of got a reduction in my account king but instead I’m still waiting for

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL but a regular apartment. Dirty, rude unprofessional staff. I have nothing good to say about this place. If you're travelling, look for a location in the CBD that's an actual hotel.

Property is located on small dead end road in semi industrial area, street parking non-existent.
Entry to building requires fob. Fob is provided at check-in. To get into building to be able to check-in you must stand at door until someone else enters/exits.
No signage indoor or out directing you to reception.
Front desk clerks would benefit from dome training.
Property carpark situation is to be seen to be believed, 45° ramps at entry/exit, haphazard parking in bays amongst building tennants.
Seems like this accommodation was accidentally established rather than planned.

The property was nice but no air cons in bedrooms only in living area so found the bedrooms to be stuffy no air car parking good but street can be hard to get in and out of as cars parked on both sides...
We were woken to a bed beg on our child at 2am.
Property refused to take responsibility even tho we presented the big and photos.
Would not issue us our money back we left there at 3am.

We had 7th floor and train noise wasn’t an issue, paid for inside parking which was a bit pricy at $15/day. Roof top was nice escape and view - no access to the bbq up there unfortunately for hotel guests. Room was great and roomy, kitchen was in need of some additional pots. Laundry was in room and soap provided, not sure they worked the best but happy to have them. Suite needed some minor sprucing up but we were very happy.

Advertised as sleeping 3 but only sleeps 2
Booked this place as it says sleeps 3, however upon check in we found only one bed in the room and no sofa bed or even any bedding for the sofa. When we asked reception about this they said even though it is advertised as sleeping 3 there is only one bed they also refused to provide a duvet, pillow or towel and after arguing they eventually gave us some sheets which i had to use to make a bed on the sofa. The apartment itself was nice but falsley advertised as a place for 3 when it is not.
