Open-plan living and dining on the first level allow first-class entertaining, with extensive glass extending to the decked terrace, backdropped by views beyond Arthurs Seat, Dromana and the sparkling water of the bay. A gourmet stone kitchen further complements the fabulous indoor-outdoor ambience with a suite of integrated Miele appliances, including a pyrolytic oven and induction cooktop, plus an integrated refrigerator.
Excellent family separation divides the bedrooms over two generous levels, with an ensuite master bedroom adjoining a quiet parent's retreat/lounge, private balcony and stunning views.
