The Space:

Little River Farm by Tiny Away is located approximately 150 meters from the main house in Little River, just a 48-minute drive from Melbourne.The tiny home is nestled on a scenic river bend, offering picturesque views of the flowing water.



To the right, guests can enjoy breathtaking vistas of the stunning You Yang's mountain range, which is just a short 10-minute drive away.



If you're in the mood for a scenic drive, make sure to check out these must-see spots! Explore the renowned Serendip Sanctuary, celebrated for its exceptional birdwatching opportunities.



Then, marvel at the serene beauty of Buckley Falls Lookout, an idyllic retreat offering stunning views of cascading waterfalls and lush surroundings. Finally, don't miss the vibrant Geelong Waterfront, a popular destination for walks, picnics, and panoramic views of the bay.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushed toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Little Stream Farm," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. We kindly advise guests to only stay in the large paddock where the tiny homes are located, spanning approximately 50 acres, as well as the areas along the river.



Please refrain from crossing to the opposite side of the river and avoid proximity to the main house on the property.



Little Farm X is approx 150 meters away from the main house, approx 200 m away from each tiny house.

Little River Farm by Tiny Away is located in the peaceful Little River, just a short 48-minute drive from Melbourne. It's conveniently situated near Lara, a charming town known for its stunning rural landscapes, and Geelong, a city located on the shores of Corio Bay.



There’s plenty to explore nearby! Visit Serendip Sanctuary for a peaceful birdwatching experience, stroll along the palm-lined paths of the Geelong Waterfront, hike the rugged granite trails of You Yangs Regional Park, or take in the natural beauty of Buckley Falls Lookout on the Barwon River.



Getting Around:

By car;



- 13 mins drive from Lara

- 12 mins drive from Avalon

- 31 mins drive from Geelong

- 48 mins drive from Melbourne. All are accessible by car



By public transport: We regret to inform you that transportation directly from our property is limited. Therefore, we recommend that guests travel by private vehicles for their convenience.



Other Things to Note:

- Strictly no pets allowed

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No open fires and BBQ grills allowed during fire season

- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas

- Telstra, Optus & Vodafone have good signals; while the rest have no signal

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our flush toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
