Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

This was a great stay. I wish it had been longer. I loved the quiet trains that passed a couple times during the day. I plan to return to Melbourne and will hope to stay again. I suggest a guest book. I love to read them when I visit vrbos. DJMO

The entire peocess from online reservation to check out was a 5 star experience. The hosts were very receptive if I had questions or needed direction. The house is absolutely beautiful! The details are so lovely and it was the perfect place to take my mom and MIL for a quick girls weekend. Everyone was comfortable, relaxed and loved love loved it!! We will be back!!!

The house is cute and close to Florida Tech where ouur son goes to school. However the continuous passsing of the trains at all hours of the morning and day was noot so plesent.

Beautiful, adorable home! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We have stayed at other properties from the same owners, and all first class in every respect. The property is well managed, and extremely clean, with excellent communication. We will definitly return to this place. BTW, our dogs also loved it! This is one property to seriously consider.
