This stunning private holiday house, modern luxe interior, swimming pool, fireplace, Foxtel and wireless internet, fully fenced. Perfect holiday living!
Designed to take advantage modern luxury with a seamless blend of bright contemporary spaces offering an interplay between interior and exterior living spaces which affords a sense of openness. The large open plan designer kitchen, inclusive of a butler’s pantry overlooks the open plan dining and second large living space (with a gas fireplace) and takes in the view of the in-ground pool, landscaped garden and vast decking offering perfect year round sheltered outdoor entertaining.
At the front of the house, in its own wing is a large king master bedroom with WIR and bathroom ensuite and a private sitting deck to enjoy the peaceful environment. Two other bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, both with BIR’s offering 1 x queen bed and 2 sets of single bunk beds. A secondary living space hosts a 4th bedroom inclusive of a single sofa bed, chaise lounge suite and TV which opens onto the deck. There is a central family bathroom with heated towel rails, separate powder room, and separate laundry with a drying cupboard.
Inclusive of everything your heart desires to complete your secluded luxury holiday living escape, Luxe on Lydgate has been built with hydronic heating throughout, split system air conditioning, floor to ceiling tiling in wet areas and polished hardwood floors. There is plenty of shaded parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off after a relaxing swim in the pool.
This holiday haven is the perfect year round luxury escape for family holidays, ladies wellness weekends and small corporate bookings. We accept small dogs on application (to be approved). Please advise your pet age and breed.
