Excellent location in a well-kept building with pool and tennis court. (Bring your own racket) Host was responsive and provided clear instructions regarding access and the unit. Some minor maintenance issues which were resolved fairly easily.

The unit was in reasonable condition although the coffee machine was broken.The bed linen was well below expectations and I got the impression that unit itself was only marginally clean. (just little things)Obviously one bathroom is a major drawback when sharing as adults and only two sets of keys is very frustrating.
