The MCM 3/2 home is professionally designed with quality comfy & trendy furnishings, and carefully chosen local art located within miles of both the Eau Gallie Art District & Downtown Historic Melbourne, and less than a 10 minute drive to the beach only 5 miles away.

Almost every room boasts a waterview with the exception of the media room where you can lounge on an incredibly comfortable U-shaped leather sectional with backrests that lift up and back converting every seat into a chaise lounge while you watch movies or your favorite shows on the 85" Smart TV. The circular Restoration Hardware solid marble coffee table is the perfect spot for a puzzle, or sit around the RH dining table under the designer chandelier to play board games.

Visiting my parents who live close by. The house was nice, clean and well kept. Amenities were great. Property had a great personality. Manatees visible every day. We enjoyed our stay.
