Cute apartment, everything we needed. Happy to give us extra towels for the pool. No mini bar but there was an ordering option. Pool and spa were nice! Sauna was relaxing. Good access to pool. Gym looked well equipped.

The first room we were given was so stinky that we had to ask to be moved to another room. The new room didn’t smell, however it was in poor condition where the shower head fell off and the toilet roll holder was broken. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the room felt dusty and worn. I don’t know how they get a 4 star rating. This hotel needs a complete renovation and fix up. Will not be returning.

The kids loved the heated pool and spa, its a 5 minute walk from Flinders station and there are plenty of dining options around. The noise from City rd was manageable. The southbank boulevard playspace is also a short walk away.

Bathroom was very unclean, especially the mirror, toilet and shower, conditioner bottle was empty and wasn't refilled by housekeeping who did absolutely nothing. Gym was very lacking and while parking appears to be included it's actually an extra cost. The free hot chocolate at the end of the day in the foyer was a huge hit with the kids.

I booked for 6 people and the sofa bed they gave us which was meant to sleep 2 of the people was broken (the top end of it was sagging. I called reception and they couldn’t swap our room or provide us with another sofa bed so 3 people had to squish into a queen bed and 2 on one of the singles. They didn’t provide me any sort of compensation for this as of yet. The room was also advertised as soundproof and in a travelling dj so I booked for it to be soundproof so I can practice. At 5.30pm during my stay in practicing and the manager of the hotel walks into my room (I didn’t let him in he scanned himself in) and started shouting at me about the noise. We had a guest currently in the shower at this point and it made us super uncomfortable he came in unannounced. He also threatened to remove us from the building even though the room was advertised as soundproof and it was 6pm. I advise enough about not going here. Was the worst experience I have ever had and the manager was so rude. The room was also super noisy because of the traffic and the thin walls.

TV channels not always working was disappointing. The maintenance staff being incredibly hungover or possibly still drunk and almost throwing up in one of the elevators was certainly eye opening.

A good location, easy to drive and park and easy to walk places. The pool was a massive hit with the kids. Our room was spacious and nice. All the staff were really friendly and accommodating.
