Apartment was a nice base to return to while we visited with our Melbourne family. River views and activity were amazing! Noise from an Indian wedding across the river that went from morning to night was on loud speakerphone. We were mostly out so did not get to use the pool. Long time without any service though, there should be at least 1 minimum complimentary change of linen/cleaning service if stays are more than 9 nights like other apartments. Coffee drops and rubbish left from previous tenant was still there. Other than that very secure parking, friendly staff, communication great, safe and comfortable, so will definitely stay again. Lifts were very busy especially during checkout time. Still waiting for bond refund. Overall, had a wonderful time in Melbourne!

This property is a beautiful apartment with amazing harbour views, a beautiful pool and awesome gym. We loved the fact it was at the end of the free city tram line, close short walk to Woolworths and that there were many dining options close by. My only negative is the communication, I emailed and texted the dedicated number requesting a cot for my 17month old and I had no response, so I had to have him in bed with me, of which he fell out and hurt himself twice.

Great location, very clean apartment. Tram just outside the building and supermarket/dining right down the road. The only issue we had was with the internet dropping off constantly which was annoying.

This was our second time in this building and the views of the harbour are great. However, there are new apartments being built around 915 Collins St, which is pity.

Great Views, but Bad Communication

The place is in a great location and the views are amazing! Only downside is that they do not communicate very well. I sent them 3 emails asking about a late checkout and luggage storage and did not hear back from them. Very annoying!

I thought the property could have had a little more ambiance, maybe a pot plant (plastic), and a table on verandah to put drinks/food on, the photos in room had no relevance to Melbourne at all???!!!

Nightmare Residents

Correspondence non existent, very different from our previous booking!! Two apartments below us had parties very late, very very noisy and disruptive with police being called by someone as it escalated to outside fighting!! The apartment upstairs was also very noisy which sounded like a football being kicked around continuously. We will not be staying again for the fear of this happening again, the apartment is amazing but this stay was spoilt!!
