Its location is so convenient to southern cross station & the CBD. Love that the Flagstaff Gardens are just there. Loved the spacious room, the crisp linen, the large plush pillows & the blackout curtains. The decor colour and style was cosy & comfortable too. This hotel exceeded expectations, especially considering it had only been open for six weeks at the time of my stay. Everything was excellent! I stayed on the 11th floor and the city view was absolutely beautiful—I loved it. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely prefer staying here rather than in the busy city center. The location in West Melbourne was also quite affordable, which made the experience even better. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it! 😊

Nice quiet room. The hotel is in a convenient location and the staff are very helpful. My only issue was that the fan in the air-conditioner made a loud grating sound. I had to turn the ac off to sleep.
