Welcome to my 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Melbourne`s best neighbourhood - Richmond!
You will have the city`s best restaurants, cafes, pubs and more right at your door step. My home is an oasis in the heart of the action, equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay - washing machine, dryer, 65` Samsung TV, private balcony and comfy furniture throughout. You will also have access to a private parking space, gym and pool in the building.

My modern one bedroom apartment has everything you need to make your next Melbourne getaway enjoyable, fun and relaxing. You will feel completely at ease here and appreciate the amenities, the thoughtful attention to detail, the wonderful views, and all the comforts of home.
On quiet nights in, my apartment has everything you could want - a comfortable couch, TV for movie watching, and a fully decked out kitchen for cooking and food preparation.
The bedroom is peaceful and set up for your extreme comfort and a perfect nights sleep. The quietness of inside is in stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of the extremely central location.
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine on the balcony and soak up the lively vibe of Richmond - it`s inner city living at its finest.
The amenities of the building itself - a pool and gym - mean that you can keep up your fitness regime (or start one!) while on holiday or a business trip.

Bustling and fun, Richmond is known for its pub scene and abundance of cafes, restaurants and other drinking options. It is a fantastic place to live if you want to be a part of a busy and vibrant scene.
Although close to the CBD, Richmond is also right near the beautiful Botanical Gardens - for your morning exercise `Walk The Tan` like the locals do and enjoy the leafy greenness. The banks of the Yarra River also border Richmond, and provide many great opportunities for riding and walking.
There are sports stadiums and grounds (The AAMI stadium, Rod Laver Arena, Olympic Park and the MCG) located close by, which means that attending matches is assessable and convenient.
My apartment is also located very close to Bridge Road - arguably the best shopping strip in the entire city, and full of outlet stores for snapping up bargains. This area also has a diverse selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs. As far as eating, drinking, shopping and fun go - Richmond is where it all happens.
My neighbourhood has a charismatic energy and a wonderful mix of cultures. Everything is at your doorstep, and if you want to go anywhere else, public transport and the main roads are very convenient. An established public transport system provides a choice of five train station and seven tram routes, making it an ideal base for anyone needing fast access into the CBD.
To get into the CBD (Flinders Street Station) walk to West Richmond Station and take the South Morang Line into the city - only 5 minutes!
To go by tram, walk to Waltham Street (Stop 17) and take the number 75 (Vermont South to Etihad Stadium Docklands) to Swanson Street and Flinders Street.

Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We do not replenish these during your visit.
- Please respect the neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm and please always keep noise on balcony to a minimum.
- Please confirm that all doors and windows are shut when using the AC or the heating.
- This is my home, please treat it as if it were yours as well!
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, an $80 fee will apply.
- If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee of up to $300 will apply.
- Please be conscious of your waste/recycling and remove all perishable food from the fridge.
