Comprising of a full sized kitchen, a comfy lounge, bedroom with a Koala queen size bed and modern bathroom. The rather spacious patio with a private BBQ, makes for a second living area, where you can enjoy the outdoor aroma of the fresh Mornington Peninsula air.
Equipped with an additional foldable Koala queen sized bed in the living room, split system conditioning, as well as, all appliances.

Extremely quiet neighbourhood, so we have a very strict no party policy.
No loud music day or night and at 10pm you need to move inside the house. No bucks/hens parties or schoolies of any kind.
All rubbish needs to be removed on departure and ensure that the BBQ has been cleaned. Return keys to the key safe and re-scramble the code.
