My wife and daughter stayed for the weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday. The hotel was excellent; room, cleanliness, facilities were all without fault. However, the service they received from all the staff was impressive. Without knowing about the birthday they made a little girl feel special. Allowing them to check in early at no cost and asking if she would like to try the chocolate or ice cream when they collected their suitcases after checking out 3hrs earlier. Thank you, she was very appreciative and excited to tell me about their wonderful weekend.

Best part was spa. Negative thing was they charged us for minibar which was not used. If I didn't check my credit card account, I wouldn't see the charge.
