Whether you’re planning a family getaway, wellness retreat, wedding accommodation or a weekend with friends, this thoughtfully designed home has space for everyone to unwind. Enjoy two separate living areas, a fully equipped gym, and a dedicated yoga/pilates studio — perfect for slow mornings or post-adventure stretches.
The home also offers split system heating and cooling throughout to keep you comfortable year-round, along with a garage and generous driveway parking for up to six additional vehicles.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed with ensuite

Outside, enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside while still being within easy reach of some of West Gippsland’s best cafes and dining. Spend your mornings exploring the charming café scenes of Garfield, Drouin and Warragul, then finish the day with dinner at the much-loved Messmates Dining.
One pet is welcome with prior arrangement. Please note that all padlocked fences on the property are electrified, and care should be taken when travelling with pets or children.
For the safety of your pet, they must remain within the designated caged area at all times and must not leave this area unless securely on a lead. The surrounding area is home to large native lizards, some exceeding 2 metres in length, which can pose a serious risk to pets.
As the property operates on tank water, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water usage during their stay.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
