Needed a place to stay between international and domestic flights. This place was outstanding. New, modern, quiet and excellent staff. On site cafe and restaurant. Easy walk from all terminals although there is a shuttle if you need it for mobility reasons (time wise it’s probably faster to walk). I’d definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good. I was expecting that the indoor poll was heated but it wasn’t. Also expected that the room was a bit bigger because the picture looks bigger. Can’t adjust the airconditioning lower than 21 degree celsius. Also, the hotel should inform the guests to book the facial and massage before checking in because it was already fully booked when I tried to book on the day. I was expecting a more relaxing day because I chose to spend my weekend here because it’s a hotel spa, sadly I didn’t. Maybe it’s just good for an airport hotel but would not recommend if you want a staycation or relaxation day.

Poor check in/ check out.

Was dissapointed with check in and check out. Stood in check in for 10 minutes whole two people were behind the desk. The secong person was just standing there didnt take any interest in serving me. On check out was told they would email the invoice. Nothing had ro follow up myself.

I would like to make a complaint with our stay at Novotel on 1st March 2025. We checked into the hotel on 1st March, and caught a good trip on the Airport Shuttle, from the airport. We were happy with the room. However when we checked out at 3:30am on 2nd March, the service was terrible. We had booked the shuttle bus back to the airport at 4am, 2nd March, and waited after we checked out. After 10 minutes of waiting, we checked at the front desk staff, and was told that the shuttle bus had cancelled. The male staff even told us that he knew we were booked at 4pm for the Shuttle, but neglected to inform us of the cancellation. This inaction by the staff is not professional at all, and I believe does damage to the reputation of the hotel brand. Can I suggest that the staff be more trained, so that they have more of the well-being of the hotel guests in mind? I don't think a simple message to us informing us of the shuttle cancellation is too much to ask??? We would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

No shuttle bus and no one answers phone

Never answered phone number they provided to call shuttle bus on arrival at airport - I rang repeatedly and tried different numbers - no answer. I was left stranded at airport feeling unwell and unable to get to hotel. Dreadful customer service!!
