The stay at Novotel was average just good enough for a night cap. Good thing going for this hotel is that it's attached to the century City , walkable distance to the Glen mall and a string of restaurants right behind it. My only concern with the facility was that the water pressure in the shower was really low, making it a little disappointing coming from an established hotel chain like Novotel.

This was the second time in a matter of weeks we have stayed at Novotel Glen Waverley. It was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Customer service was excellent and the parking was easy and convenient.

Unfortunately I had to check out of the hotel at 1am in the morning after my wife was violently ill with food poisoning from her parmigiana lunch at the Meze restaurant. We spent 7 hours in the hospital re-hydrating and attemping to stop the vomiting. Will not be returning and would not recommend staying here.
