Over all was great. The only problem is : The elevator is too high-tech, making it difficult to use and navigate to other floors. It only has open and close door buttons, with no floor selection buttons.

The Oakwood is our go to whenever we have a weekend in the city. Rooms are always clean and well appointed. Location is great and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.

hotel is great stayed here a few times. But the lifts are the slowest ever so dont book your uber till your in the lobby. Also this time we only had espresso cups in our room so no great for your cup of tea we did ask staff to put bigger one is while out but this wasn't done. Apart from that no real complaints. We will definitely be back in fact we are in Oct.
