Room was nice and clean staff were excellent overall stay was good but a complimentary meal would've been nice. I did not attend the hotels fifth floor restaurant or 40th floor restaurant so I can not rate these.

My stay was very present all though I was hardly there, the breakfast was lovely but not free as this suggests and in order to have a cigarette or vape I had to go down 37 floors on to the street ewhich was highly inconvenient. I was asked prior if I want a smoking room just to discover the hotel doesn’t offer that service all balcony’s on common floors are locked

Very nice location, really good studio and very professional staff. Everything was clean, check in and check out were smooth and we got 1 extra hour for our check out time free of charge which was super helpful with out evening flight back.

The room was amazing, and the view was beautiful. My husband and I agreed that the pillows were not very comfortable, and he had trouble sleeping on the bed. We were excited for the kids to play in the playroom, but unfortunately, a group of people were playing cards and drinking, which took over the space. It was disappointing, as this was meant to be a family room, not a karaoke or drinking area. Staff were unable to resolve the situation, and even after leaving and returning an hour later, nothing had changed.
