A north-facing alfresco deck captures the all-day sun, forming the perfect setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or a quiet afternoon with a book while the kids play in the secure garden. Three living areas, including a games room, offer ample room to relax, with a wood fire ready for cooler nights and a smart TV, books, and entertainment for all ages. Each space is designed to connect to the gardens, including the central gourmet kitchen, primed for easy entertaining, featuring premium electric appliances, a dishwasher, a large island bench, and a coffee machine for slow starts to the day. Gather around the eight-seater dining table or move outside to enjoy a BBQ as the sun sets.
Four bedrooms cater to families and groups, with two king-sized and two queen-sized rooms, including two with ensuite bathrooms.
