This architecturally designed property is an entertainer's dream that can easily accommodate 2 families with a sun-drenched yard, stunning solar-heated plunge pool and tranquil garden, with the house opening out onto these divine spaces. Spend all day at the sparkling bay beach and then walk home to your dream holiday space for a dip in the plunge pool and dine alfresco.
Accommodation comprises four well-appointed bedrooms (three with ceiling fans), 2 full bathrooms and a master bedroom with an amazing built-in window seat, which is the perfect reading nook. The main living space is open plan with a Coonara wood fire, modern kitchen/dining with quality appliances, coffee machine, dishwasher, and additional bar/drinks fridge.
Hot and cold bathtub and outdoor shower. Ceiling fans in three bedrooms, split system heating and cooling in the main living space, living room has a smart TV with Netflix and you will also enjoy complimentary WIFI.
Indoor and outdoor entertaining zones, the whole house oozes relaxation and holiday vibes. Ample parking for 2 plus cars, as well as being able to accommodate a small boat. The outdoors is perfect for young children and select pets. Features include a private plunge pool, open fireplace, heating and cooling, WIFI, Netflix, Euro laundry, highchair porta cot (BYO linen) books, and games.
