Terrific location, in a quiet cul de sac, but a short walk to MCG and other sporting arenas in one direction, and the city in the other. Secure underground parking, comfortable rooms, full kitchen. Rick, the host, is always helpful and makes the stay very easy.

BrilliantWe had a family wedding to attend and Rick's hospital;ity in allowing us an early check in and late departure took all the hassle out of dresses and suits being dragged around Melbourne. This only complimented the space and great location , allowing us to grab tasty breakfasts near by as well as a short walk to the busy city and great food and bars. I had 3 adults (no couples) who needed their own sleeping spaces, this was an ideal property for us. We also had visiting family pop by and there was adequate room to host. The dining rooms made a pleasant and open plan way to enjoy meals together, and the fireplace and juliette balcony, along with the windows facing lovely vistas just made for a lovely whole experience. Along with wondering the beautifully maintained gardens, and access to very good gym and swimming facilities - if you are a lap swimmer, you can get your laps in without leaving the property.Inside, a bit of budget and attention to the walls and floor coverings would come up to make this a very beautiful sensory stay. As it was it was more than adequate.

The biennial catch up

We are a group of 5 friends who have known each other of nearly 40 years but live in different states. Every 2 years we catch up in Melbourne and have stayed at this place now on 5 occasions. This place is fantastic. It has everything we need. It is so close to the MCG, coffee shops and convenience stores and the tram. The biggest plus is all 5 of us get our own big bed which is rare to find. Rick is great to deal with and we keep coming back. We’ll be back again in 2027. Thanks again Rick!Anthony et al

Wonderful spacious apartment in quiet culdesac that is only a short stroll to MCG as well as centre of the city. Very clean and comfortable. Communication at all stages with Rick the owner was first rate. Just be aware that upstairs bedroom on mezzanine is open to lounge area.
