The buffet breakfast overpriced and was ordinary at best and the juice bar was depleted and not topped up. Service was limited at 8:30am with only 3 Service staff on hand. Would not recommend the breakfast.

Room was clean and tidy, all amenities worked and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly, and the laundry facilities worked well. Hotel is located within easy walking distance of a supermarket (for those prefering to self-cater), several transport options and the Queen Victoria Market, though is a bit of a trek to the main CBD attractions and excursion pick-up points if walking.

Great value for money. We had a 2 bedroom and my son a twin studio. Was clean a nd modern, just around the corner from queen vic market. I was worried about parting with our large 4x4, but parking was fine at the hotel. The pool and spa is beautiful. Would def stay here again
