Staff were attentive and friendly. Room was clean. Pillows didn't provide much variety for needs. This is common across most accommodation. The breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was disappointing with very little offered for coeliacs. Also having barista coffee available would be a great addition.

The accommodation was nice with all that you need for an overnight stay, however there was a loud noise outside of our window which seemed to be turning on and off during the night...then we were woken up in the early hours to a loud smoke alarm and asked us to vacate the premises... There was no compensation or mention of the inconvenience... Don't think we will return...very dissapointed!

The main issue was there the double lifts to floors 17-23 one broke down on Saturday and they didn't bother to fix it. With a full house getting up and down to our room was a logistic nightmare

Great Location, Nice Room and Bad Customer Service

Paid for an upgrade on the original room but household didn't change bathroom towels or replenish the coffee or tea even though had assurance from the shift manager that this task would be done. Both subsequent days didn't do these tasks. There's an expectation that if you pay for an upgrade that there would be a better level of quality and customer service. Good customer service is not rocket science, it's good communication and delivering basic standards of room service.

Nice hotel within walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transit. The apartment was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. It was nice to be able to prepare some meals and do some laundry! The front desk staff was really nice and friendly.
