An industrial-style 3 storey conversion with modern comforts in the heart of Richmond. Tucked between the shopping and dining hubs of Bridge Road and Victoria Street, guests will be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants, bars and cafes. Stroll 15 minutes to the MCG for game days or jump on the train for a short ride to the CBD. An urban sanctuary, it comes with a gourmet kitchen, alfresco dining, and heating and cooling throughout. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Space The ground level comprises an office and laundry. Level 1 has two bedooms with Queen sized beds and a shared bathroom. Both rooms have split system air conditioning. Level 2 is the main living area with a fully equiped kitchen. The lounge area opens onto a balcony overlooking parts of Richmond. Serviced with a split system air conditioner and for those winter nights a gas fire. Level 3 is the master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite complete with spa. The split system is cooling only. This is the place to stay - so close to everything or just stay in as you have everything in the house that you need. Sheila is a magnificent host who has taken pride in renovation, decoration and care of every item you will need for a family of any age. Close to shops, parks, the MCG trams and trains. Great off street secure parking. We also enjoyed a late check out and early arrival with no issue. Just perfect!

This was a perfect property for 2 families. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on different levels made it very private also was very spacious in living room and kitchen etc .location was very good with shops And MCG etc in walking distance. Highly recommend this property and the host was very informative and extremely polite.

Beautiful house in great location

Our group of 8 working adults had a great time staying at the beautiful house in Richmond. We had ample space to work comfortably from home with quick access to cafes and public transport. Sheila was amazing, easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Family visit to Melbourne

The property is very nice and well located close to a bus route, which made our transport into the city easy. The security of the complex is very good and we were confident leaving our car there the whole time. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We'd be happy to stay again.
