The living quarters boast modern amenities, including an expansive kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a coffee machine to start your day in style. The inviting lounge area is endowed with plush seating, a TV, and Wi-Fi to provide a blend of relaxation and entertainment.
Steeped in natural light, the stunning deck is an excellent alfresco lounge. Comfortably stretch out under the ceiling fans or fire up the BBQ for an enjoyable evening. The enclosed garden with picturesque views and private access to Portsea Reserve offers a haven for your furry friend, with the property welcoming one pet.
