Great location for the Convention Centre and Southbank. Parking and entry arrangements communicated clearly, very clean and well set up. A good choice.

Location is close to Southbank and casino precinct but quiet and with parking available, very suitable for our family stay. Check-in and checkout were hassle free and communication was consistent and catered for our personal needs.

Absolutely fantastic service. The lovely stuff made check in and out so easy and hassle free. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for our stay. We were a family of 5 and this has been the best we have stayed in, in Melbourne. Close to the city and tram stop just a 1min walk away. Great value for money. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to go back.

Needs improvement for its price...

Awkward location to reach the other side - Melbourne proper. Heavy traffic and convoluted route... Very little storage in toilet and bathroom. We kept our cosmetic bags on the floor! Poorly equipped kitchen. For example, no cutting board... Otherwise, very handy to go to South Melbourne markets. Nice view.

Excellent stay at Premier Stays Melbourne great location in City, closing to transportation, shopping malls, supermarkets, attractions; great reception experience, pre-stay letter and message to direct me have keys, access to property, parking and use facilities; parking is very easy and convenient; tidy and clean rooms, fully-equipment apartment including kitchen and washing machines; BEST PART: I left my jacket in the apartment after checkout, staff told me immediately when she found. She kept it for 12 days until I head back from Hamilton Island, and drop it off to my new stay in Melbourne. Very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back next time when I visit Melbourne. Great accommodation at a highly competitive price

Great service from the team. Had a problem with sound on the TV which was fixed straight away. Rooms were spacious and location was ideal for my meetings around the CBD.

Best 2 bedroom apartment we have stayed in.Close to every where we wanted to visit. And transport close by. Not every where will configure beds that you want.We wanted 5 single beds and was no problem.

Spacious apartment in a good location

We were very happy at this apartment. It was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Jade was ver accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected, meeting us to store our luggage and trying her best to clean the apartment early for us. It is in a good location, walkable to the Crown complex, Factory Putlet stores and the city. Best of all was the free WiFi and parking with the apartment. A memorable stay indeed.

Excellent accomodation and fantastic Location!

Nothing but positive things to say. The appartment was very clean, great size for a young family (we were 2 adults and 2 kids under 4), with 2 bedrooms and very comfortable king beds. Very convenient location in Southbank and a very short stroll to the city. We also had a very late check in with convenient arrangements made and were offered a late checkout without extra charge. We would highly recommend and would stay here again if visiting Melbourne again.
