The pool, sauna, and gym are located on the ground floor, to the left of the elevator.



Other Things to Note:

We look after the place very carefully, please take off your shoes when entering the room. Please note like most Australian hotels/bnbs, we don’t provide slippers in the room, feel free to bring your own slippers if needed.



— Key Collection —

+ Please note that the store closes before midnight, so be sure to collect your key before 11:00 p.m.

+ Please note the shop opens at 8:00 a.m. in the morning so please be aware no early check-out available before 8:00 a.m. if you need an early check-out please inform your host in advance.



— Room Size and age of the Apartment—

This is a studio apartment, so it does not have a separate bedroom and living room — the space is set out in an open-plan layout. It is compact and may feel a little tight for guests who prefer or require more room.



The apartment is not brand new, and the carpet is also a bit old. It is professionally cleaned on a regular basis, though some marks may be permanent. These are cosmetic only and do not impact cleanliness or comfort.



We want to make sure our guests are well informed before making a reservation. If you are looking for a larger living area or are sensitive to space and old apartment, we kindly recommend considering alternative accommodations that better suit your needs.



— Kitchenette —

The kitchenette is suitable for very light cooking only (e.g. microwave meals or simple prep). It’s not equipped for full or everyday cooking.



— Noise Policy —

We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. This will also result in a serious fine.



— Long Stay Discounts —

Planning to stay for 7 days or more? Enjoy an automatic discounted rate on longer stays.



— Car Park —

This accommodation does not include a free parking space. However, there are several 24/7 paid parking options nearby (all within walking distance), with rates starting from around AUD 20 per day when pre-booked online.



— Keys and towels —

Please note: we provide one fob per guest group like any other apartments in Airbnb. We provide one set of towel per person per stay.

** Please note if you lost your key, there will be a $350 fee to get a new set (including labour fees) for the apartment.

** Please note If you need someone to open the door because you lock yourself out, it will cost $150 to open the door.



— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.



For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
