We loved the central location - great for access to transport and shops / restaurants. The room was very comfortable and we appreciated the provision of a water dispenser on each floor. The lobby decor scheme was an absolute eyesore and gave an awful first impression and the decor throughout was harsh and unattractive. In fact the hotel was much more comfortable than it appeared at first.

Repeat guests I absolutely love this hotel for our city staycations. The general manager is amazing and always looks after us with a nice little welcome back gift. The rooms are some of the best in Melbourne CBD strongly recommend for an amazing location as well.

Room was good had all facilities you need , staff were good also , disappointed with roof top bar as this was the only place you could get a drink but had to book a table with them when you tried to walk in if busy they were saying comeback another time , you got free drink vouchers for this roof top bar if you didn’t have room cleaning service everyday which was good but you struggled to get in the Bar to use them . Not a 5* hotel , gym was good also .
