This is a decent place to stay. Our apt felt a little grotty, it was quite dark and the cleaning wasn't the best. But the worst thing was the noise from the street. The garbage trucks are out in full force from very early morning and so expect to be woken up and to stay awake from about 5am. On the upside, the location is incredible and so nice to be able to walk to Melbourne's laneways & shopping.

It way a nice place to stay. Location was perfect. There was just a few things that didn’t make it the best stay. Parking was $35 at the location but the parking spot was very dirty and smelt horrible. The rooms were nice and big. The bed was comfortable but again small things like cracked roofs, moldy shower and no smart TVs just didn’t make it the best stay. Staff were nice though

Level 2 windows don’t appear to have much sound-proofing so local noose especially from the alley comes straight into the room. Not a place to stay if you need quiet to sleep.

The location is amazing, close to everything you could want or need. Unfortunately one of the lights in the room didn’t turn off unless I removed the key for the power to the lights and the tv also didn’t turn on.

Central location, close to theatre which was reason for the trip. Great apartment, able to self cater. Probably would not recommend on-site parking as very difficult to negotiate lane, steep entrance and very tight parking
