Check in was smooth and easy. Room was tidy, however noted bathroom bin wasnt emptied. For multiday stays would be great if more ammenities could be left - such as dishwasher provisions, extra rubbish bag for kitchen, toilet rolls, and maybe larger glasses. Otherwise, a great stay, comfortable bed. Looking forward to hopefully being back again next year :)

While we didn’t have breakfast as we ate too much the night before, the menu and price looked amazing. Exceptionally clean room with a great bed and amenities- everything you needed. Very happy with our stay 😀😀

The staff were all so helpful and went out of their way to make everything run smoothly for us. Due to our schedule change, they offered us a later check out so that we were not at loose ends and waiting for our event for as long. Smooth check in and offered us dining options for Saturday night. Excellent recommendation for dinner by the way. Great location and very comfortable stay.

Broken rooms

I’ve stayed here many since new, however the rooms haven’t aged well at all. I had a broken window and no door seals so the room was very noisy from the cars and tram on the busy road. I was kindly moved to a quiet room that wasn’t broken however someone above kept banging and crashing on the floor above all throughout the day and night. The floor above was also a hotel apartments, so not sure what was going on
