At check in i asked the very helpful,friendly efficienct lady if a i could have a room next to my mate. No problem she also upgaded my room and early check in at no extra cost. With this service,location and a good price my son and i will be back when staying in Melbourne. Just a very simple greeting and giving a little extra help from the lovely lady is great customer service. A big Five Stars.

Everyone we spoke to at the hotel to were wonderful and super helpful. The bed was comfy, and the shower was great. The Radisson is always reliable and consistent, so we like to stay here when we’re in town.
