The property was not clean, there was bloody on the door the toilet paper was stained the rooms were the worst I’ve ever seen We call the property and they refuse to refund the book fee We did not stay there and sought alternate accommodation! We will continue to seek reimbursement for what clearly is an unacceptable booking.

Nothing to like about this unit, the whole unit was dirty, mould in the bathroom, marks on the walls and carpet. The dishwasher didn't work so dishes, cutlery and glasses dirty, kitchen not cleaned well. For the money this is a total ripoff! Wotif should be embarrassed to offer this unit to customers.

I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Our stay was wonderful. Lili the owner was incredibly nice and very understanding with us when we had some check-in issues( all of our own doing). The apartment itself was perfect comfortable, clean and located close to everything.

Great spot, close to casino, transport, DFO. Didn’t like the key collecting arrangement, they were late and we had to wait outside on a cold, windy day. Glad we aren’t elderly. Don’t think we would stay somewhere with this set up again, having to meet the key squirrel at a set time doesn’t allow flexibility like a normal hotel check in. But the place was great, clean, warm and convenient for our needs.

The apartment was clean and well presented.

The apartment is well located, walking distance to the CBD and a number of little restaurants close by. Crown Casino is a 5 minute walk if that takes your fancy.
