Spacious apartment in a great location. Kitchen was excellent and the beds very comfortable. Local area has lots of food and coffee options too. Short walk from Southern Cross Station, and close to Queen Victoria Markets and smaller supermarkets. The free tram around the corner gets you everywhere you need in the city. Will definitely stay there again.

Good location but completely overpriced for what we received. Both showers were full of mould all through it and the drains looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. The blankets didn’t even have blanket covers, just 2 sheets on either side and when they slipped down, my blanket was full of stains and didn’t look clean. Under the beds was full of dust. It hadn’t been cleaned in a very very long time. Over $1000 for 2 nights. Very disappointed. Great location but very unhappy with the cleanliness of the place.

The property was big and spacious. The beds were very comphy. Stairs to walk up into building so that was difficult with heavy suitcase. Buildings works were going on aroind us so it was noisy very early.

Fantastic location and a huge apartment. We had 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. There were 2 full bathrooms, one with a bath plus a laundry. Bedrooms were very spacious with large wardrobes. Kitchen was big with great cupboard space and good quality appliances. The shower heads were not great and although well cleaned the bathrooms just looked old and in need of updating. Linen was clean but quilts and pillows felt old and very thin. Communication was amazing and we always got fast response to email. We were very happy with the apartment, especially considering the age of the building. A few cheap upgrades would make it even better.

Property was in a great location but was definately not 2 bedroom ( a curtain is not sufficient when it doesnt cover the entire wall ) Also the furniture was falling apart and the place was filthy. No linen for sofa bed and it had stains all over it.

The apartment was dirty vomit makes on the carpets, we couldn’t use our kitchen because of the cockroaches infestation, same in the bathroom. Very unhappy and wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay there even after contacting appartment management with photos
