Worst review I've ever written.

Problems started with check-in, the guy was late and not a native speaker. Very difficult to understand and didn't allow us an opportunity to review the place before he left. The we discovered it was grimy and hair everywhere--on counters, on the sofa, the floor and bathroom shower. There was hair in the beds too. Gross. No -one answered our call that night but we were able to get the place cleaned and a sheet to cover the sofa. But still, everything was grimy. Lots of dings in the walls and sad state of repair. The TV never turned off since the only remote functioned for the cable channels. The AC was missing the cover. No patio furniture and no dish soap (very skimpy on the other "amenities" too two mini bottles of shampoo for an 8 day stay? The only saving grace was the location--just opposite the tram lines. However, it's also right next to the train tracks, so if you're alight sleeper give this place a pass.

The property was in desperate need of good clean. Everything was old & dirty. The air con & TV weren't working - they were fixed when asked.

Apartment in The Docklands

We stayed about a month. There is a city view on both sides of the apartment and the tram rails are right out front of the building. The apartment is laid out weird being kind of a triangle. The bed a King, is too large for the room but I'd prefer a large bed to walking space in the bedroom. Large bathroom with all glass shower. The bathroom is so large that we stored our luggage there. Small area for the kitchen/dining/living room but it works. I guess I would call this apartment function over form and I still like the form.

It was ok

Good location tv didn't work got a new then that was changed as it was from another room then the 3rd one didn't work either air con didn't work when leaving you leave keys in room but if you have a car best to bring it out on to the street as you will have to carry luggage down 2 ramps in carpark as need key tag to go to carpark level
