With a timeless colour palette of warm timber and cool coastal tones, the home exudes Peninsula living at its finest in complete privacy.

Oozing contemporary charm, the home's central gourmet kitchen anchors a light and spacious open plan living flanked by the large entertainers' deck. To the North the substantial deck overlooks the blue-stone inground pool with outdoor Cabana. Oversized viewing windows add to the already generous spaces where gentle sea breezes are enjoyed during summer. A stunning dual-fuel Belling stove, soft closing cabinetry, second sink and stone benchtops complement a chefs lifestyle, complete with a large island bench and separate formal dining room for large family dinners.

A master suite boasts a twin-vanity ensuite and walk-through robes, with two junior bedrooms with built-in robes and a study. Gas-ducted-heating, evaporative cooling and main bathroom facilities are available. Downstairs offers further convenience with a self-contained bedroom/living space, complete with ensuite & kitchenette.

Enjoy weekend escapes or family living in this gorgeous pocket of the Mornington Peninsula, within a short walk to Rye's town centre and Blairgowrie shopping strip, not to mention the beautiful bay and surf beaches.

The four bedrooms comprise of:

Living space: 1 x double sofa bed, (sleeps 2)
There is also: 1x single sofa bed and 2 x foam floor matresses in the downstairs living space that are available - BYO linen for these.
These are only suitable for children.

Pets by request - Please note that it is a large land holding with lots of wildlife and fencing may not be suitable for your pet.

Fantastic family holiday

Everything you want in a property. The pool was amazing, the house was immaculate and definitely enough room for 2 families. The kitchen had everything you need any the view around the house were beautiful. All in all, a fantastic property for a relaxing family holiday

We loved the property.perfect for an amazing family getaway

We loved this property, it had a really lovely feel and was beautifully presented. The pool was amazing and the kids loved it. The gardens were a beautiful surprise with lots of little spots to discover and sit to enjoy the view. However , the day before we were due to travel we received a call from the letting agent to say that although Stayz had confirmed our trip the letting agent had Not and our reservation was sitting in some inbox unchecked. Luckily enough the property was still available and we could sort it out but maybe double check directly with the rental agents (jellies Craig) that the property is secured to avoid a last minute disappointment.
