Beautiful venue, great spaces, lovely rooms. Staff were great. Lost one star because the towels were bizarre! It was like using the old white ones I keep at home as a back up…totally incongruous in such a new and stunning environment. Whoever does your laundry Sage Ringwood , they’re doing you a disservice.

Impressive hotel - interestiing architecture; excellent facilities; adjustable HVAC; clean room; helpful staff; and, good location in a major shopping centre. Need to improve customer focus - the room lacked crockery and a bench to store baggage; and, there was no information about restuarant timings or the availability of other facilities for customer use eg the gym or library.
