An hour's drive from Melbourne will bring you to St Andrews Beach, a coastal village nestled amongst the sand dunes and facing the wild waters of Bass Strait. This 35km stretch of beach runs from Cape Schanck to Portsea and is a go to surf destination - attracting surfers all year round as well as a golf Mecca with a variety of world class designed golf courses at your doorstep.

Salt Bush offers everything you’re looking for in a relaxing holiday experience, whether it be a short stay for a relaxing weekend of high quality golf, wineries and bush walking - or extended beach holiday for the whole family.

This four bedroom, three bathroom home is nestled high amongst the moonah trees, overlooking the 15th hole of the St Andrews Beach Golf Course. It’s light-filled, relaxed and modern with timber floors throughout and a cosy wood burning fire for those cold summer /winter nights.

With a large, open-plan living/dinning space, the kitchen is a warm and inviting place for family and friends to gather. Plus a spacious, fully equipped rumpus/TV room downstairs to retreat to if so desired!

The home boasts two private entertaining decks on two levels. The top deck is complete with outdoor dinning table, outdoor lounges, BBQ and a Japanese bath to top it off for soaking in the tranquil views with a quiet sunset drink. It faces east/north east and as such is well protected from the prevailing southerly winds.

All you can hear is the sound of the rolling waves at night to serenade you to sleep.

With all of these creature comforts, and an eye for detail, this property awaits you for your Peninsula escape.
